About
My research has focused on the Persistence and Thriving of Mongolian Women Leaders. I would like to expand that research to other cultural contexts. I worked for ten years in traumatic grief and loss; it is on my research agenda to revisit that field for formal research. I would also like to continue to hone our collective work in the institute of supporting the whole student and cultivating a sense of belonging.
